Things I remind myself often…

ditch the ego while believing in yourself
consider all potential outcomes your actions
stop talking and listen
go deep before going wide
be highly selective about influences
ignore limiting beliefs

Ellen de Werd is the creator of WARRIOR Rhythm™ and WARRIOR Strength™. Inspired by global interest in her format, Ellen opened the WARRIOR Instructor Academy.
Ellen is a lululemon Ambassador in Eugene, OR and loves serving her community through the Sweat Life.
Ellen is the Fitness Director at the Downtown Athletic Club of Eugene, where she coaches small group sessions and teaches classes. She is nationally certified through ACE and AFAA and holds numerous specialty group exercise certifications. She is also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the American Council on Exercise. She is also an 200 EYRT through Yoga Alliance.
