The downside? Perpetually sore bum.

I've completed 2 weeks now of an 80-day program. I can now say with confidence that this program is GOOD. Really, really good. Clever. Different. The loops (large rubber band like gizmos for our legs) and sliders change ev.er.y.thing about hip, thigh, glute, ab work. We use dumbbells too. And time our meals- meals apportioned uniquely for us.

That's pretty much the gist. I'm inviting a February wave of willing women to jump on our train and start the 12th. All you need is HOME.

...and the program, lol.

    Ellen de Werd is the creator of ​WARRIOR Rhythm™ and WARRIOR Strength™. Inspired by global interest in her format, Ellen opened the WARRIOR Instructor Academy.
    Ellen is a lululemon Ambassador in Eugene, OR and loves serving her community through the Sweat Life. 
    Ellen is the Fitness Director at the Downtown Athletic Club of Eugene, where she coaches small group sessions and teaches classes.  
    She is nationally certified through ACE and AFAA and holds numerous specialty group exercise certifications.  She is also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the American Council on Exercise.  She is also an 200 EYRT through Yoga Alliance.
