FREE TRIAL WEEK

TRIBE is a fee-based small group personal training program.  This is where the fun, party-vibe of GroupX meets the more individual style of personal training.  Teams are formed seasonally 7 times per year. ​
TRIBE is programmed, progressive and proven! 
Once part of a small team, you work together towards your individual goals with your Coach for 12 Sessions, 6 weeks by meeting 2x per week.  
Every time a Season ends we open our doors for FREE TRIAL WEEK. Email me to save a spot in out next FREE TRIAL week!
There are 3 program types:
    FIT

• High intensity, High impact.  Functional exercise and metabolic conditioning.  (Ex: Chin ups, double-unders, box jumps, burpees.)  It's competitive. Adaptable for all levels.

    LIFE

• Acronym for “Low impact functional exercise”.  Low impact, high intensity. (ViPR, kettlebells, medicine balls) We put the focus on FUN!​

    CORE

• Hips, belly, back, bum, shoulders.  Pillar of strength from the inside out. Perfect complement to any training regimen.  (TRX, Stability balls, bands)
