They are absolutely in-person also. As our programs grow geographically and pandemic related restrictions lift we expect you to be able to find them everywhere!

August 5-7, WARRIORS make history. We rocked the DCAC Fitness Convention.
This was the first in person fitness conference since the global COVID19 pandemic. We had 4 sessions. Each of which overflowed out into the hallways. There were 30 WARRIOR instructors from around the country that came.
We sweat together, laughed and even cried. This even felt like a major milestone for our brands.
It’s very hard to summarize a day like today because there is so much emotion involved. And I’m always overly sentimental (heightened by exhaustion and endorphins) when I sit down to post.

WARRIOR Strength has grown so much!!! I honestly think it’s because it’s just SO simple to teach and our online certification is so accessible for everyone!

My official trademark for WARRIOR Strength arrived in the mail yesterday.
Truth: I didn’t know how to do ANY of this when I set about launching these programs. Many steps have been terrifying. That ol’ adage “you don’t have to see the whole staircase to take the next step” has been my mantra. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, for supporting the WARRIOR effort and encouraging me.

I am proudly representing the Fitness Business Podcast (#fbpfanatic) which is basically my alma mater 🏻-let me explain...
With over 700,000 downloads this podcast is THE resource for fitness managers, owners, and club operators.
Years ago I went from a GroupX manager at a small club making 🥜, to a bigger chain due to a buyout, and then, rather fortuitously, to my soulmate Athletic Club @dac_eugene - a family owned, historic building, 100,000 sq feet spanning two city blocks, with 8 group fitness studios in the heart of downtown Eugene . I wanted to be a better leader and as my responsibilities grew from GroupX to Small Group, to Personal Training to #allthingsfitness, I quickly realized that I needed to have a fuller understanding of overall club operations. I needed to know how the whole engine worked (from facilities maintenance to food and beverage, to locker rooms and towel service, to the welcome desks etc). Enter FPB! I started binge consuming episodes and my confidence in my role grew.
So today, it’s with with excitement and gratitude that I take on this temporary role with 6 international leaders that I’m super honored to be listed among 🤩:
