I chalk my confidence up to the fact that I:
workout consistently year after year, prioritize 8+ hours of sleep, avoid highly-processed (fake) food, hydrate with filtered water in glass containers like a hippie, protect my skin, say NO to all the bull$h!t, guard my mental health, accept my numerous flaws and imperfections, block the haters, groom my influences, seek positive people, obsess about things like mitochondria and gut microbiota, and stay quick to forgive others and myself.
